Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet55 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP codes with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bet55 support immediately. bet55 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs because of your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Allowing another person to use your bet55 account — even a family member — is a breach of these Terms. Each person must register their own individual account. Shared accounts are subject to suspension and balance review.
bet55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside bet55's control.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your bet55 balance within seconds of submission in the vast majority of cases. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits typically settle within one to two minutes. IBFT bank transfer deposits are processed within one business hour during normal banking operation times. Card deposits are instant for most issuing banks, though some Pakistani bank card transactions may be subject to additional processing steps by the issuing bank.
If a deposit payment is deducted from your wallet or bank account but does not appear in your bet55 balance within the expected processing time, contact bet55 support immediately with your transaction reference. Do not attempt duplicate deposits before checking with support — duplicate charges are refunded but may take 24–48 hours to reverse depending on the payment provider.
All deposits at bet55 are received and credited in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage. The amount that leaves your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet is the exact amount that appears in your bet55 balance. bet55 does not charge a deposit fee on any supported payment method.
Withdrawals from your bet55 balance are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is not negotiable. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for regular players, though very large withdrawals may be subject to a review period of up to 48 hours as part of our standard compliance procedures.
Withdrawals are only available for funds that have completed any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once on any game are subject to a standard anti-fraud review before withdrawal is authorised. bet55 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method.
All bonuses and promotions offered by bet55 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
All bonus funds credited to your bet55 account carry a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering within this window expire automatically.
bet55 defines bonus abuse as any deliberate attempt by a player to exploit bonus conditions in a way that was not intended by the promotion design. This includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using staking strategies specifically designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements collectively. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotions.
The bet55 welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per IP address. It is only available to players making their first-ever deposit on a newly registered account. Existing players who have previously deposited are not eligible for the welcome bonus, regardless of how long ago the previous deposit was made.
All games available on bet55 are provided by third-party licensed game studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules and pay tables, which are accessible from within the game interface. bet55 does not modify, influence or adjust the outcome of any game. All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games use physical game equipment (real cards, real roulette wheels) operated by professional studio dealers.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets placed during the affected round may be void and returned to the player's balance. bet55 will not honour bets or claimed winnings that arise from obvious technical errors, software malfunctions or system faults. If you believe you have experienced a technical error during a game round, contact bet55 support with the game name, approximate time and your account details within 24 hours.
bet55 reserves the right to add, remove or temporarily suspend any game from the platform at any time. Prior notice will be given where practicable for permanent game removals, but is not guaranteed for temporary suspensions due to maintenance or studio-side issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet55. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance review and potential permanent closure:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Funds in the account will be held pending the outcome of the review. If the review determines that the account was used in breach of these Terms, bet55 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance. Where no breach is found, the full balance will be released.
Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting bet55 support. Any remaining balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.
All content on the bet55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software and underlying code — is the intellectual property of bet55 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal gaming activity.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on bet55 without express written permission. Unauthorised use of bet55 intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
Your personal data is collected, stored and processed by bet55 in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on bet55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
